What does this Committee do? This committee is charged with supervision of the preparation of the docket for all meetings of Presbytery, and a directory to be distributed annually, receiving and coordinating committee budgets, preparation of Presbytery budget for submission to the October Stated Meeting and shall sit as Legal Committee when required. The Committee will submit a proposed docket for review/adoption by Presbytery. Stated Meeting Dates/Time/Place: First Tuesday of the month the Presbytery meets (i.e. Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct). The meeting is held at 10am at various locations. Meeting usually last about 2 hours.
